◦ 260A continuous (18.7KW) ( over a 4 minute high stress bench discharge @260A the voltage sag sees this number drop to around 250A with a cell connection temp of 31c and a BMS temp of 35c @ an ambient temp of 25c and no BMS shut down due to heat or over current , real-life testing shows much less voltage sag / temp over statick bench test results )

◦ Custom copper bus bar cell connections designed by KO are pop riveted through the battery terminals before being soldered instead of the mass-produced laser welding seen more commonly on battery packs of this type.
◦ 30ounce copper bus bars ( less resistance than 4awg wire ) used on the battery +/- connections instead of the 6Awg wire used in a Ewatt / EBMX pouch cell battery.
◦ Patented 350A double pin KO conncetor as standard.
◦ 4Awg replaceable discharge leads.
◦ The battery discharge leads can be removed and replaced with longer leads if needed for custom builds , different conncetors or if damaged over time without the need to open the battery or solder the connections.
◦ The connector used to see the leads removable has been designed by KO and tooling has been opened unique to KO and the Miink battery .
◦ This connector also allows us to keep the overall battery profile slim by having the discharge leads exit parallel with the battery case while also fully sealing the battery discharge leads to achieve a IP67 rating instead of the much less reliable IP65 seen on other pouch cell batteries in the market.
◦ CNC anodized 6061 billet top case with removable colored heat sink.
◦ The KO 600A BMS is bolted directly to the CNC case which acts as one giant heat sink that allows us to wind up the power without worring about BMS over temp power cuts.
◦ Custom display showing voltage and battery % ( IP67 The water tight display is mounted from inside the CNC case with bolts in a recess with a rubber seal ring instead of clipped in like the more common style off the shelf display screens seen on Ewatt / EBMX batteries which are prone to failure due to water ingress especially in warmer climates.
◦ Custom in-house 600Amp peak BMS set to 460A Peak for this battery.
◦ Pressurized 316 stainless case nit 304 as seen with a Ewatt / EBMX battery.
◦ Pressure can be set / checked via a valve on the top of the case using the supplied hand pump.
◦ Quick release CNC anodized 6061 battery carry strap buckles .
◦ Removable CNC anodized heat sink ( this can be removed and the KO Moto display fitted in the recess for riders who dont want to mount the display on the handle bars )
◦ Red , Blue , Gold , Black , Purple heat sinks available separately for easy color changes.
